Slow reply... Sorry. The document is called "spa_provisioning.pdf",
and the provisioning parameter is $PRVST, so for http provisioning you
might have a URL of:

  http://host.name/provision.php?MAC=$MA&PR=$PRVST

If PRVST is 1, then send a minimal config, otherwise send a full
config. It works a treat here - We basically only send the per-line
configs if the PRVST is "1", which means a periodic update.
