I just noticed the Aastra 57i do something that I haven't seen before.
 I called from one phone (phone 1) to the 57i.  I answered it.  Then,
I pressed Transfer and dialed the extension for the third phone (in
this case a Cisco 7960 in Sip).  I did not answer the Cisco, but
noticed the caller ID was showing the Aastra (as expected).  I hung up
the Aastra to complete the transfer and noticed the caller ID on the
Cisco was updated to show the Caller ID of the original caller (phone
1), just like a blind transfer would do.

The point is that the caller ID was updating during the ringing.  I
had not seen a phone capable of this.

This, along with the one touch parking and XML capabilities, is
looking like the Aastra may be what I'm looking for in a receptionist
phone.
