The BT On-Air 2250 I inherited doesn't seem to. Mind you, it's pretty
anal about requiring _exact_ SIN227 signalling for BT/V23 so maybe it's
just being over anal about US as well.

Then of course, there's the problem of fitting US signalling into
non-US ring patterns. Pre-ring rules! :-)
