Hello,
thank you for your advice.
Tried this, but still it didnt work out.
The thing is that the problem occours randomly.
There is not any predictable (from my point of view) reason for this.


Here is hte part of my dialplan:

office*CLI> show dialplan outrt-001-PSTN
'061' => 1.Macro(dialout-trunk|1|${EXTEN}||)
                2.Macro(dialout-trunk|2|${EXTEN}||)
                3.Macro(outisbusy|)

'_NXXXXXX' =>  1.Macro(dialout-trunk|1|${EXTEN}||)

                            2.Macro(dialout-trunk|2|${EXTEN}||)
                            3.Macro(outisbusy|)

Just cracking my head over this.
