[asterisk-users] DST changes for the US

This all depends on the setting before it:
 tcpIpApp.sntp.daylightSavings.fixedDayEnable="0"

Since this isn't a fixed date, it isn't used the same way. It doesn't
understand 'second week of the month', so if you use the 8th, it will
use the next weekday of
tcpIpApp.sntp.daylightSavings.start.dayOfWeek="1".

If start date was set to 2, it should change your clock on the 4th.

Here are the working defaults from 2.1.0:
tcpIpApp.sntp.daylightSavings.enable="1"
tcpIpApp.sntp.daylightSavings.fixedDayEnable="0"
tcpIpApp.sntp.daylightSavings.start.month="3"
tcpIpApp.sntp.daylightSavings.start.date="8"
tcpIpApp.sntp.daylightSavings.start.time="2"
tcpIpApp.sntp.daylightSavings.start.dayOfWeek="1"
tcpIpApp.sntp.daylightSavings.start.dayOfWeek.lastInMonth="0"
tcpIpApp.sntp.daylightSavings.stop.month="11"
tcpIpApp.sntp.daylightSavings.stop.date="1"
tcpIpApp.sntp.daylightSavings.stop.time="2"
tcpIpApp.sntp.daylightSavings.stop.dayOfWeek="1"
tcpIpApp.sntp.daylightSavings.stop.dayOfWeek.lastInMonth="0"

This is what I set it to as well.
