Hi Satish,

Are you familiar with Trixbox? (www.trixbox.org
<http://www.trixbox.org/> )  

 

It's a 'pre-configured' version of Asterisk that has IVR already built
in. You might want to check it out as an easy way of implementing IVR
and other feautures.
