Odd.  I *did* originally have it set to use MOH:
exten=>999,1,Queue(support,t|||60)

but it didn't work (for whatever reason) and then switched it to:

exten=>999,1,Queue(support,tr|||60)

and never put it back.  From there it was a downward spiral ;)
