[asterisk-users] Long call setup times on SIP to zaptel calls

All of our SIP phones dial instantly when the users finished dialing. 
We can do this because we have no ambiguous extension lengths.  i.e. no 
_XXX and _XXXX and we don't use the "." pattern match.
