[asterisk-users] Create a Dummy Extension

Dear All :

I am new on Asterisk -
And I want to create a dummy extension - I will forward all my
extensions to it ...

this extension will answer the call and playback a voice message , wait
2 seconds then hang-up ...

How can I create this dummy extension ?
