Please stop posting this repeatedly. 

There are pointers on www.voip-info.org

If you post to the biz list, and pay for someone's time and effort, you 
may have better luck.

If you keep posting the same annoying message complete with HTML to the 
user's list, I seriously doubt anyone will ever help you.
