The zaptel.spec is part of the zaptel SRPM. The asterisk.spec file is
part of the asterisk SRPM. Get both files and install them with:
$ rpm -ivh zaptel-1.2.19-34.2831.el5.lc.src.rpm
$ rpm -ivh asterisk-1.2.24-43.79171.el5.lc.src.rpm

You can now find zaptel.spec and asterisk.spec in the redhat/SPECS
directory.

Or in a terminal you can start mc in the directory where you downloaded
these SRPMs, navigate to highlight for example the zaptel SRPM and press
enter, navigate to highlight CONTENTS.cpio and press enter again. You
now get an overview of all the files in the zaptel SRPM including
zaptel.spec.

Patrick
