Hello
Approximately every 15 minutes I'm getting the following error (on all
channels):
[Apr 7 01:34:27] WARNING[6530]: chan_zap.c:6628 handle_init_event:
Detected alarm on channel 31: Yellow Alarm
[Apr 7 01:34:27] WARNING[6529]: chan_zap.c:2388 pri_find_dchan: No
D-channels available! Using Primary channel 16 as D-channel anyway!
[Apr 7 01:34:27] == Primary D-Channel on span 1 up
When this happens, all calls get dropped.
*CLI> core show version
Asterisk 1.4.2 built on a x86_64 running Linux on 2007-04-04 22:29:40 UTC

I read various messages in the discussion groups from users having the
same problem and tried with the latest Asterisk and latest Zaptel
version. I also changed to a high quality cable but the problem remains.
According our Telco (Swisscom, Switzerland - EuroISDN) they cannot see
any connection, slip or other errors on our PRI.
Once it even happened that the card fell in red alarm. Asterisk/Zaptel
wasn't able to bring the connection up, until ztcfg was invoked manually.
I would really like to know if this is an issue with the TE110P card,
before I change the card to a different model or vendor as I cannot see
anything
that could be configured wrong in the system.
When I remove the CRC4 option the connection won't work, so I have to
leave this option included.
The box is running on:
2.6.17-gentoo-r4 #2 Fri Oct 27 23:50:31 CEST 2006 x86_64 AMD Sempron(tm)
Processor 2800+ AuthenticAMD GNU/Linux
I already tried moving the card to a different slot and nothing changes.
I'm wondering if this is a hardware related, telco related, 64bit related
or TE110p specific issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Marcel
