[asterisk-users] sending the dialed no to the peer

hi all,
for a user who has connected a asterisk syetem of his own to my asterisk
system, i use the following dial command

Dial(SIP/${EXTEN}@user,30,Tt)

for others who are using sipura i use the following dial command

Dial(SIP/user,,Tt)

what im trying to do is, pass extension to the user with asterisk system so
that he can route his calls according to the requested extension, and other
user just receives the call. But i need to make same dial command for every
user because if the user with asterisk server decides to register to my
server with a sipura or other similar device, then the above extension does
not dial that user. Also if the user with sipura decides to register to my
server using asterisk, then he cant route his calls as no extension is
requested. i can use the s extension for that but i really need to pass the
dialed no. So is there anyway i can dial the user and send the dialed
extension no without using the first dial command syntax mentioned above,
and use second one instead for everyone?
