[asterisk-users] 480i phone: Is there a trick to registering with *??

You need to configure both the "proxy" and the "registrar" on the phone.
It appears you don't have the proxy configured - hence the strange To
and From headers:

  To: 7028247 <sip:7028247@>
  From: 7028247 <sip:7028247@>;tag=3727ada04d20136
