Dunno about your country but I have the same setup here in Germany.
I have 1:1 Cables (I think).

I have in zapata.conf:

[channels]
progzone=nl
callgroup=1
pickupgroup=1
loadzone=nl,us
defaultzone=nl
context=zap-in
priindication=inband
switchtype=euroisdn
...

group=1
context=telekom
signalling=pri_cpe
channel => 1-15,17-31

and in /etc/zaptel.conf:
