[asterisk-users] PRI Outbound CallerID Question

Besides for what Lacy answered, have you tried NOT playing with
setting CID? Just do a blind xfer, or just use dial whatever on the
DID itself. If that doesn't work then like Lacy said your provider
might be blocking it.
