[asterisk-users] Queue - persistent members

Hi list!

I have few questions about queue and persistent queue members.

If there is queue with only one persistent member, what happens if it doesn't answer the phone for "timeout = 10" seconds? Calling person still waits in queue and what happens with agent? Will his phone ring after "retry = 20" seconds?

When phone call from queue comes to only queue member, can somebody from pickup group pick up phone call that is from queue?
