(hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.. is the rtcache the culprit??thats my next 
investigation! but disabling has got issues with VoiceMail Waiting 
indication etc)

Theres no issue with mysql connection, cuz changes to extensions is 
reflected back immediately.
