[asterisk-users] Callback + dtmf problem

I had problems with phones, not countries.

U.S. Alltel phones caused Aseterisk to receive two of each digit.
Changing the phones to dtmf mode = continuous solved the problem.

I still have problems from time-to-time with Nextel phones using the 
callback.
