Hi!

lspci -nv reports:

0000:0a:03.0 0280: 1133:e013 (rev 01)
         Subsystem: 1133:e013

Thus, I suspect I really got a 4BRI-8M V2

Also divactrl reports a 4BRI:

bbgast01:~# /usr/lib/divas/divactrl ctrl -c 1 -CardName
Diva Server 4BRI-8M 2.0 PCI

Let's test faxing :-)
