Ciao Andrea,
thanks for answering.
Indeed you are right....it was some kind of strange problem, infact 
after setting the correct native music-on-hold (but why??) everything 
got right.
It is such a strange thing I'm still a bit confused about it so didn't 
post the solution  :))
