Different processes, indeed.
What do you see in /var/run/asterisk.pid or
/var/eun/asterisk/asterisk.pid ?
Strange. This is the second report I see of such a situation in this
list recently. Asterisk should fail to daemonize if it finds a different
Asterisk through the PID file.
