[asterisk-users] VM mail notification and locale

I set the ENV variable LC_TYPE=fr_FR in the starting shell of Asterisk.
A NoOp(${ENV(LC_TIME)}) in extension.ael2 shows the right value.
In voicemail.conf, emaildateformat=%A prints the day of week in the mail
body but in English, not in French.

Emaildateformat seems not using the locale.

Is it a bug or the normal way?
