Pedro,

You will definitely get much better answers if you ask this question  
in the FreePBX list/forum instead of on the Asterisk-Users list.  
However, you problem could be that you are looking in  
<file>_addicional.conf and not <file>_additional.conf . I assume that  
you are running a Spanish localized version of FreePBX, but are you  
certain that the filenames are different, too?
