a) Can we agree to stop using "M$"?  Yeesh.
b) The only "trick" to getting Asterisk to work is that Exchange 2007 is
using SIP over TCP instead of SIP over UDP.  Interestingly (and I just found
this out myself) a product called "Express SIP Router" automagically
translates UDP to/from TCP.
