Hi all,
First, I really hope that this message gets through since i had to change email address on this list. Only one message from me with my previous address got through.
I am running latest test version of Debian and I have done the following:
First, i did apt-get build-dep asterisk
Then I downloaded the latest version of Zaptel, Libpri and Asterisk, something with 1.4.
I am using Kernel 2.6.17.686-2 so I did
apt-get install linux-headers-2.6.17-2-686
However, I get the following error message when trying to compile Zaptel. The scripts folder seem to be missing in /usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.17-2-686
It is there, but to me it looks like a file not a folder.
make -C /lib/modules/2.6.17-2-686/build SUBDIRS=/root/zaptel-1.4.0-beta2 modules
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.17-2-686'
Makefile:266: /usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.17-2-686/scripts/Kbuild.include: No such file or directory
/bin/sh: line 0: [: -lt: unary operator expected
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `/usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.17-2-686/scripts/Kbuild.include'. Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.17-2-686'
make: *** [linux26] Error 2
I am a little new to this as well.
All the best and many thanks for all your help,
Christian
