Whoa, down boy!

Kerry is just saying that people who are using voipjet are most likely not
in the market for wholesale termination. That being the case, the higher
rates are going to make these users shy away. It's great that you've found
their rates to be comparable for wholesale termination, and even better that
their customer service is top notch. If you need good quality wholesale
termination with great customer service, take Matt's advice and check out
CallEveryone.com. But if you're a standard business just needing a business
class ITSP, you won't get the better rates from them. Awesome customer
service is great to have, but in the end, it's usually the mighty dollar
that wins that fight.
