incoming call at a time

peer and 1 user in
                                 ; memory)

However, in the test-this-branch version of svn trunk (and the  
"peermatch" branch) I've
changed this functionality so there's one combined call limit for a  
friend/peer, not two
separate limits.

Remember that if you want to support attended transfers, you need at  
least two
simultaneous calls.
