[Asterisk-Users] DTMF feedthru again...

Using AVT in my sipura with above settings and it work fine going out
the PSTN.  There was an issue a while back with an older version of
Asterisk with one of my providers but it has been fine since the
upgrade.  I also use ulaw for calls.
