24 x100p? Good lord man! You know there's cards out there that support 24
analog ports on a _single_ card, right?

In any case, I agree with Brian here. It makes more sense to have Asterisk
handle the PSTN termination, since I have a feeling you won't get the phones
you're using to talk to Asterisk at all. This being the case, that's the
only way you really can do it. I don't know anything about the PBX you're
currently using, but I would suggest you finding out exactly how it can talk
to Asterisk. Maybe you'll need 24 FXO ports and 24 FXS ports if it won't
talk via VoIP. However, the logic to record all calls in this case isn't
that diffiult in the end. As far as the Panasonic sees, there's no
difference in the setup.
