Here is what I do...
 
Exten=>777,1,AgentCallbackLogin()
 
Yup, thats it! use your agent id and password, and then enter your
dialable number. I say dialable number because you can basically dial
any phone number. We have agents that call a toll free number and login
to their home phones, pretty sweet! This has to be in the right context
to allow this though.
