I have been told that when the phone comes with sip already
on it, you dont have to get this license. But it looks like
those phones come with sccp preloaded so you should get one.

But I dont know how well I can trust my supplier with that,
it's a big company that really doesnt like to spend time to
customers that buy only 1 or 2 phones.
If you want to be sure, start reading all the docs cisco
released on their licenses.
