[Asterisk-Users] Newbie Problem With Agents

Hello Friends,
  I was trying to dial agents from a normal extension. My extensions.conf is configured as 
exten => 11,1,AgentCallbackLogin
exten => 12,1,Dial(Agent/12)         ;; configured in agents.conf as agent => 12,12, vivek
exten => 13,1,Dial(SIP/13)           ,, is configured in sip.conf

When I dial 12 of call agents as 
exten => 2,1,Queue(sales_queue|t|||300)
I get :-
Jan  2 09:12:26 NOTICE[2782]: app_dial.c:1011 dial_exec_full: Unable to create channel of type 'Agent' (cause 17 - User busy)

But the agent is not busy. 

Kindly tell me where am I going wrong.
