I haven't done anything with call queues specifically.

I do own a copy of "Developing Cisco IP Phone Services" (
http://www.amazon.ca/exec/obidos/ASIN/1587050609/qid%3D1140624389/701-7618472-4656313),
though I only have ever used about 45 pages of it.

I also use http://search.cpan.org/~mrpalmer/Cisco-IPPhone-0.05/IPPhone.pm to
make my life a little easier.
