[Asterisk-Users] Handset phone to replace Flash Operator Pane l

I have that set up, but I cannot get some of the phones to change the 
hint State.  The SNOM phone show State:InUse, but Swissvoice phones show 
State:Idle even when on a call.

I use 'show hints' to see this.
