[Asterisk-Users] Dialing multiple phones with Macro-exten-vm

Hi,

I've now tried macro-rg-group with similar results. This time I just
get the "goodbye" and then asterisk hangs up. the output from
the asterisk console is available at http://pastebin.ca/41890

Any assistance would be appreciated.
