[Asterisk-Users] How to create latency on purpose

Hi All,

I have a Digium card in my Asterisk server configured as pri_net and I want
to introduce latency on it in order to simulate PSTN conditions and test
some echo canceller hardware. Is it possible to purposefully introduce
latency and echo in a controlled fashion in order to do so?
