Yeah there is, upgrade to trunk and use the new echo canceller there 
(MG2).  It's supposed to rock, at least from what I've heard.  All the 
MEC cancellers are _OLD_.  At least switch to 1.2 and the KB1 echo 
canceler before giving up.
