[Asterisk-Users] Queue - joinempty

Hi everybody!

In queue.conf I have joinempty = no
What happens with call of calling person tries to join that queue? Does it goes to next priority?

This is my extensions.conf

[callcentre]
exten => 311,1,Answer
exten => 311,n,Playback(callcentar/anonuce,skip)
exten => 311,n,Queue(queue|th|||3600)


Do I have to add one more line (311,n) which will define what will 
happen with call if no agents are logged in that queue? Can I do that on 
any other way?
