Update:

- ringers work, they must be case sensitive files when serving from
tftpd on linux it seems:

ringlist.xml and distinctiveringlist.xml are the proper file names.

It also doesn't seem to work if you put the ringer files under a sub
directory, they must be in the root of the tftp server, or so it
seems.

MWI is still not working unfortunately, nor is fully registering the phone.
