[asterisk-users] Apache for FastAGI

Hi Doug,

We run with SOAP on both the client/server side, i.e. conventional AGI
making SOAP request to SOAP server running on Apache. I'm sure FastAGI would
be quicker but wasn't around and other than the overhead of making the SOAP
request is very lightweight on the Asterisk side.
