[asterisk-users] Registration Error

I hoping for some direction here:
 
The following message is scrolling without end on my asterisk box, continuously: (NOTE: date and time changes accordingly and IP addresses are not real)
 
Aug 17 11:49:53 NOTICE[1034]: chan_sip.c:8038 handle_request: Registration from '<sip:5104 at 64.64.64.64;user=phone>' Failed for '64.64.64.12'

Just so you know, the asterisk box sits on a public IP (64.64.64.64) that's on the same subnet as my firewall(64.64.64.12), behind which, my 7960 sits.
 
Any thoughts?
