[Asterisk-Users] Call Queue Transfer

Dinesh the agents they receive a call and this call will have to be
transferred, them uses only functions "hold" and "trnsf" in device Polycom
IP 301, below mine features.conf This problem, only occurs with calls that
if they originate in the pilot of queue and when an agent receives and
transfers. It could help in this case me? Greetings
