Well, I think we could probably find a roster of gurus who can each
take a short shift (volunteers?), plus it still works as a place for
coders to gather and work together on issues, review each other's code
(Extreme Programming, anyone?) and swill high voltage beverages.

Several people have already pinged me and said that this sounds cool. 
I know several of the guys in your office (specifically Matt
Fredrickson and Matt Nicholson) said that their ideal AstriCon event
was a "code-in" (imagine 50 Asterisk fanatics in bean-bag chairs on
the floor coding away).

I have also had several offers of hardware (including yours -- thank
you very much!) so we should be able to make it work.
