I guess the problem is that CallerID can only be defined for devices
like SIP or IAX phones (in sip.conf and iax.conf, resp.) and for
outgoing calls (with "SetCallerID"). Perhaps we need a new app to set
CallerID for applications that do not have a phone/device associated
("DisplayCallerID"):
