Hi the list,

You can check your IP-phone handset by removing it during a call and
listening from the other phone set.
If the echo disapear, it is the fault of your disconnected phone handset.

which is sometimes the case when echo results from the handset mics of the 
IP hardphones. the phone's ec mechanism doesnt always work, and customers 
are wont to blame the ip pbx instead of the phones.
