Roughly how much clock time before it becomes noticeable? Also, does it degrade faster if more calls are up? Finally, is there any echo cancellation enabled for the bridged calls, either in the card or the zaptel software canceller?

Are you running stable or CVS-head? If CVS, what date?

Just trying to fill in the blanks for the list - I've not heard of this kind of problem before.
