Sorry I forgot to write the commands Im using,

The steps i made were:
update sources.list adding the new souces
deb http://rapid.dotsrc.org/ unstable/
deb-src http://rapid.dotsrc.org/ unstable/

then:
apt-get update
apt-get dist-upgrade
apt-get install amportal
