[Asterisk-Users] Sipura 3000 dialing "noise"

Yeah tried it. 

Unfortunately I need this feature in reverse. I need the call to stay
on hook when going from Asterisk to Sipura. Staying onhook from Sipura
to Asterisk workd fine.
