[Asterisk-Users] bounty: app_queues.c with mysql support

Hi,

We will fork US$100 (+$50 optional) for the mysql support on
app_queues.c by May 31. Need to be on cvs stable version. In
particular, need to be able to support dynamic members in the
database, including,

. load all dynamic member in the db during startup/reload
. add a member to db via AddQueueMember
. remove a member from db via RemoveQueueMember
. callout to members from dynamic reading from db

It should have its own mysql connection, but ast_data is preferred. We
will spend an additional $50 for using ast_data.
